I use it to top cookies, brownies and even cakes.
Simple Chocolate Frosting

The ingredients list is super short of pantry staples that you'll most likely already have on hand which makes it so simple and easy!
What is the difference between Frosting and Icing?
Technically frosting is used to describe buttercream and anything that is whipped and fluffy, whereas icing is used more for glazes and thinner consistencies. Here in New Zealand we call everything icing and don't really use the term frostings – I think this may be because we call powdered sugar icing sugar. Either way they are both delicious!
